Geneviève Baudoin received the M.S. degree from the École Nationale supérieure des Télécommunications, Paris, in 1977 and the Habilitation for PHD direction from the university of Marne La Vallée in 2000.
She was lecturer at the university of Paris-Ouest; then she joined the Philips research laboratory LEP, as a research-engineer.
Since November 1980, she has been with the École Supérieure dIngénieurs en Électronique et Électrotechnique de Paris (ESIEE).
She is presently Professor and chair of the System Engineering department.
Her research and teaching fields span the areas of signal processing for digital radiocommunications and digital speech processing.
She is the author of more than 70 journal and conference papers and coauthor of 2 textbooks on digital radiocommunications.
She has written 2 books on digital Signal Processors with her colleague Férial Virolleau.
