Hello and welcome to my website!

I am a post-doctoral researcher at the OBELIX (OBservation de l'Environnement par Imagerie CompleXe) team of IRISA (Institut de Recherche en Informatique et Systèmes Aléatoires) under the supervision of Sébastien Lefèvre and Minh-Tan Pham. I currently work on deep learning for marine mammal detection and on morphological attribute profiles applied to remote sensing images.

Between 2016 and 2019, I did my PhD studies in Computer Science at the Laboratoire d'Informatique Gaspard Monge, under the supervision of Jean Cousty, Laurent Najman and Benjamin Perret. My PhD thesis, entiteled "A study of hierarchical watersheds on graphs withapplications to image segmentation", can be found here.
