• Laureat in 2005 of a 3-year young researcher grant from the French Research Agency (ANR) to work on energy harvesting using micro- and nano- technologies
• 1st prize of the MEMS Design Contest 2018  from Coventor/XFab/Cadence (as co-leader with Prof. D. Galayko))
