Summary
I am Professor at ESIEE Paris since 1996, where I teach (statistical) signal processing, communication systems, machine learning, programming, … I have been the head of the specialization in Telecommunication and signal processing and the head of the engineer specialization in DataScience and Artificial Intelligence. Dean of Faculty between 2016-march 2023, I am currently the Dean for Research namely in charge of representing, advocating the research interests of the Faculty, advising, organizing,.. As for my personal Research, I work for a long time around information mesures, divergences and generalized entropies. I have also worked on some functional inequalities. More recently I am involved in several projects in machine learning apllied to civil engieeringand social sciences. I like to develop new algorithms or data analysis tailored to applications, namely for communication systems, biological processes, …
I have been the head of the “Telecommunication and Signal Processing” engineer specialization for many years. Since 2015, I am the founder and head between 2015-2022 of the “DataScience and Artificial Intelligence” engineer specialization. We already have current and alum students with fascinating works in datascience.

Old things
