eliminates 'voids' in the labelling

Usage: relabel in.pgm [out.pgm]

Description:

Modifies the labels of image in.pgm in such a way that the resulting labels are consecutive integers.

If out.pgm is not specified, then out.pgm = in.pgm.

Types supported: byte 2d, byte 3d, int32_t 2d, int32_t 3d
