Detailed Description

generates an image with a white border and a black interior

Usage: frame in.pgm [width] out.pgm

Description: The result out.pgm has the same size as in.pgm. Its border is set to 255, all other pixels are set to 0.

If the optional parameter width is given, then the border has thickness 'width'.

Types supported: byte 2d, byte 3d
