performs gamma correction on image

Usage: gammacor in.pgm gamma out.pgm

Description: Applies the following steps to in.pgm :

• normalization between 0 and 1
• raise pixel values to the power gamma
• reverts the normalization

Types supported: byte 2d, byte 3d, int32_t 2d, int32_t 3d, float 2d, float 3d
