Usage: skel_CKG_map prio.pgm in.pgm out.pgm

Description: Topological map from parallel 2D and 3D binary guided thinning based on critical kernels. The parameter in.pgm specifies the set (object) to be thinned. The parameter prio.pgm specifies the priority function.

Warning: The object must not have any point on the frame of the image.

Types supported: byte 2d, byte 3d, long 2d, long 3d, float 2d, float 3d
