SPRU420 TMS320C54x Chip Support Library API User's Guide The TMS320C54x™ Chip Support Library (CSL) provides C-program functions to configure and control on-chip peripherals. It is intended to make it easier to get algorithms running in a real system. The goal is peripheral ease of use, shortened development time, portability, and hardware abstraction, with some level of standardization and compatibility among devices.
